Shift: 1st Shift 5am to 1:30pm plus OT
Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Entry-Level Assemblers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in manufacturing. Assemblers will be responsible for assembling components in a fast-paced environment while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
Assemble components and subassemblies in accordance with product specifications.
Ensure quality standards are met, inspecting components for defects.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety regulations.
Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
Participate in cross-training across different assembly processes as needed.
Qualifications:
No previous assembly experience required; training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing production needs.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
