We are seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a memorable guest experience. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an essential role in ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out process and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
• Check-in/check-out guests efficiently and accurately using hotel management software.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide information regarding services, policies, and amenities.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and payments.
• Assist with luggage, room requests, and general guest needs.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform basic office duties such as filing, faxing, and handling correspondence.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
