What You'll Do

As a Floating Assistant Property Manager, you'll step in where you're needed most. A typical day might include:

• Assisting with leasing efforts by responding to inquiries, scheduling, and leading community tours
• Providing friendly and professional support to residents with questions, concerns, and service requests
• Helping process invoices, track budgets, and monitor community financial performance
• Maintaining accurate resident files and administrative records
• Collaborating closely with Property Managers and leasing teams to support community goals

What We're Looking For

• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service
• Familiarity with Yardi property management software
• Comfort working with budgets and community financials
• At least 6 months of experience in multifamily housing or a supervisory role
