Job Description

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases.
Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to assess solution options

Process Modeling & Optimization

Map current and future state business processes.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Support change management initiatives by modeling impact scenarios

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

Facilitate meetings, track project milestones, and ensure timely updates in tools like JIRA
Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
Escalate blockers and ensure alignment across squads

Documentation & Communication

Maintain documentation repositories (e.g., workflows, meeting minutes, priority lists).
Prepare decks for quarterly reviews and roadmap updates
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Testing & Validation

Develop test scenarios and scripts for system integration testing.
Ensure testing outcomes align with business expectations.
Support QA teams in translating requirements into test plans

Agile & Squad Engagement

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, retrospectives, and grooming sessions.
Contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning
