Why Drive With Us?

• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 (paid over 12 months)
• Pay per mile: $0.76 per mile
• Average weekly pay: $1,600–$1,900 per week (gross)
• Weekly miles Solo: 2,300–2,800 miles per week
• Home Time: 5 days out, 2 days home

Additional Pay & Bonuses:

• Detention Pay: $18 per hour after 2 hours
• Layover Pay: $100 split after 24 hours
• Stop Pay: Based on order size
• Safety Bonus: Annual pay-out based on safe driving

Freight & Equipment:

• Dry Van - primary running Midwest
• Newer Internationals & Volvos (no more than 3 years old)
• Mostly automatic (No automatic restriction drivers)
• Speed: 73 mph (pedal & cruise)
• Amenities: APU & 1800-watt inverter included
• Electronic Logs: Samsara
• Truck Assignment: Permanently assigned to the driver
• Truck Take-Home Policy: Allowed within a reasonable limit (safe/secure parking required)

• Paid Orientation: $200 per day (2-day orientation in Sharonville, OH)

• Vacation Pay: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years

Pre-Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 23 years old
• 1 year of verifiable experience in the past 3 years
• 2 years of verifiable experience in the past 5 years
• Must have a valid CDL in the state of residence
• No automatic restriction drivers
• No more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years (max 2 in the past year)
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the past year
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
• No major moving violations in the past 3 years, including excessive speeding (15+ mph), improper lane change, or following too closely that resulted in an accident
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
• No felony convictions in the past 5 years (case-by-case review for others)
• No violent or sexual misdemeanours
• Must pass a urine drug test

Location: Hiring solo drivers within 50 miles of Sharonville, OH (flexible if willing to run out of this terminal). Hiring teams within 100 miles of Sharonville, OH.
