What will you be doing?

As a Operations Coordinator , you will ensure compliance of new employee onboarding processes and aiding Operations & Center Directors in the maintenance of employee records and qualifications. Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating New Employee Orientation and Onboarding by coordinating schedules, locations, attendance, and meals.
  • Ensuring all required state-specific licensing and company onboarding documentation is completed, collected and uploaded into ADP.
  • Assisting Center Director in managing ongoing compliance and employee files.
  • Tracking regulatory inspection renewals.
  • Managing all documentation for the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).
  • Aiding centers in auditing and maintaining compliance of child and staff records. 
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or CDA equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in an educational setting
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to multitask and remain organized 
• Ability to work within regular operating hours 
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment
