Hiring: Commercial Re-Roofing Sales Estimator - Colorado

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Commercial Re-Roofing Sales Estimator to join our team! If you're a go-getter with a strong background in commercial roofing sales, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients (property owners, GCs, facility managers).
Identify and secure new re-roofing sales opportunities.
Conduct site assessments and deliver tailored roofing solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth execution.
Negotiate pricing and close deals.

✅ What We're Looking For:

3-5+ years of commercial roofing sales experience (re-roofing preferred).
Knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, coatings a plus).
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Valid driver's license & willingness to travel in Colorado.
