One of our clients is seeking Master's Level individuals with child social work experience.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Ablility to effectively navigate and be familiar with Tacony area of Philadelphia
* Supervise case managers in program
* Go over plan of services that case managers develop and are goal directed and achievable for their caseloads
* Conduct meetings with staff daily to be updated on participants status
* Evaluate individual consumer needs
* Coordinate with any outside programs that are working with the child/family
* Recommend/refer clients to appropriate resources/programs outside of the agency that benefit them

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Master's in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Couseling required
* 1-2 year case manager experience experience
* Ability to work with diverse populations
* Comfortable working in school setting
* Valid Driver's License
* Be very familiar with Tacony area of Philadelphia
* Ability to complete and pass given clearances including: FBI, state and child background checks and completed
