**Job Description** We are seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of standard mixed drinks, be skilled in creating a positive atmosphere for our guests and deliver excellent customer service. As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring guests have a great experience. **Job Responsibilities** + Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests according to standard recipes. + Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glasses, utensils, and restocking supplies as needed. + Check customers' identification to verify legal drinking age. + Handle all transactions accurately and efficiently. + Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices. + Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, and juice to prepare standard cocktails from memory. + Ensure all alcohol is stored and handled in accordance with legal and company standards. + Provide excellent customer service, address customer concerns or requests, and engage with patrons to create a positive atmosphere. + Assist with opening and closing the bar, including inventory checks, cleaning, and organizing the bar area. + Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards. **Qualifications** + Proven experience as a bartender (minimum of 1-2 years preferred). + Knowledge of standard mixed drinks, cocktails, and micro brews. + Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent customer service and communication skills. + Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. + Must be able to lift 30 pounds and stand for extended periods. + TIPS or equivalent certification (preferred but not required). + Must be 21 years or older. **Education** **About Aramark** **Our Mission** Rooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
