Crucial Duty of Care:

Manage and oversee the execution of creative projects from inception to conclusion.

Make sure everyone is on the same page and the project is a success by collaborating with teams that include designers, writers, and marketers.

Projects can stay on track and have clear benchmarks when expectations and due dates are managed.

Serve as the principal liaison between all stakeholders involved, facilitating two-way communication and a smooth project progression.

Arrange assets in a way that ensures creative output meets quality standards and brand guidelines.

Make sure the final deliverables, designs, and copy meet the needs of the client and the project objectives by reviewing and approving them.

To keep projects moving forward, it's important to plan ahead to identify and resolve any potential issues.

To ensure efficacy and quality standards, monitor project expenses, timelines, and outcomes.

Required criteria:

The United States must be the repository for this.

Managed projects, with an emphasis on those in the arts and marketing.

The capacity to multitask and pay close attention to detail is a strength.

The ability to motivate and inspire creative teams, together with outstanding leadership qualities.

Proficient in both written and verbal communication; adept at managing the expectations of both teams and clients.

Proficiency with software and tools for managing projects (such as Monday.com, Asana, or Trello).

Ability to maintain creativity while dealing with changing priorities and working under pressure.
