**About the Opportunity:**
Kelly Services is recruiting a dedicated Customer Service Liaison for our client-a team focused on innovation, customer obsession, and continuous improvement. Here, you'll play a key role in supporting internal and external customers and ensuring smooth communication and follow-through on special requests.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Maintain contact with customers, providing updates and requested information
+ Act as the main point of contact and coordinate between clients and internal teams
+ Trace shipment data for integrity and manage cases specific to the client
+ Handle POD (Proof of Delivery) requests and clear reclamations
+ Communicate and resolve escalation issues quickly
+ Review and follow operational procedures (SOP's) regularly
+ Support service providers with processes such as stock inventories
**What We're Looking For:**
+ At least 2 years of work experience
+ SAP and Salesforce experience preferred
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong multitasking and time management in a fast-paced setting
+ Initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and in teams
+ Willingness to work overtime if needed
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
+ Comfortable standing or walking for long periods
+ Ability to reach, stoop, and bend
+ Work in a manufacturing environment
