We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Labor Data Analytics Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in transforming our labor data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a robust analytical background, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a profound understanding of labor data analytics.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Interpretation
• Analyze large data sets related to labor and workforce metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and implement advanced data models and algorithms to optimize labor scheduling, productivity, and cost management.
• Interpret complex data and present findings in a clear, concise manner to senior management and stakeholders.
Strategy and Leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data analytics initiatives with organizational goals and strategies.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive labor data analytics strategy to enhance decision-making processes and operational efficiencies.
Reporting and Visualization
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into labor metrics and performance indicators.
• Ensure data visualizations are user-friendly, accurately represented, and accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
• Regularly update and refine reporting tools and methodologies to stay current with industry best practices and technological advancements.
Data Management and Governance
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Oversee the integration of labor data from various sources and ensure its integrity and reliability.
• Implement data quality assurance processes to identify and rectify data anomalies and discrepancies.

Qualifications


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on labor or workforce analytics.
• Proven track record of leading data analytics teams and delivering impactful insights and solutions.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
