We are looking for a talented Designer to support our West Coast business needs. This role will play a critical role in creating visually compelling decks for different business opportunities and sales pitches. You will work collaboratively with our East coast based team to ensure all materials align with our brand and business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with senior leadership and key decision-makers to design and refine business presentations and sales pitches
• Create visually appealing and on-brand presentations using Adobe Creative Suite and Google Slides
• Work closely with the East Coast design team to ensure consistency and quality across all design projects.
• Develop and maintain design templates and guidelines to streamline the creation of future materials.
• Ensure all designs meet deadlines and are delivered to the highest quality standards.

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in media or entertainment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Slides.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong ability to manage ambiguity.
• Able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a remote team.
• Based in Los Angeles, willing to come into LA office 2-3 times a week

Salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 USD. Compensation subject to experience and location. Published salary bands pursuant to transparency laws, and do not include possible variable compensation such as annual merit increases or bonus eligibility.
