This role is ideal for a versatile marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about driving measurable growth. You will take ownership of digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and multi-channel strategies to attract, engage, and convert target audiences. The position focuses on analyzing campaign performance, optimizing budgets, and ensuring all marketing materials reflect a consistent and compelling brand identity. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize reach and impact. Success in this role requires creativity, analytical rigor, and the ability to turn innovative ideas into tangible results.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels to drive qualified traffic and sales growth.
  • Execute marketing initiatives from ideation through delivery, including organic and paid acquisition, social media, events, lead generation, and copywriting.
  • Produce engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media that aligns with brand messaging.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry players, agencies, and vendors to amplify marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the creation and approval of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign performance to assess effectiveness and inform continuous optimization.
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools and the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with Google Ads, PPC campaigns, SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
  • Analytical skills, comfort with metrics, and ability to process and interpret data using spreadsheets.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and a keen sense of aesthetics and brand voice.
  • Up-to-date with current trends, tools, and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Creative, proactive, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
