Beech Mountain Resort in Beech Mountain, NC is looking for cashiers to join our team at Lodge Restaurant for the 2022-23 winter season. This facility is a high volume cafeteria style dining facility. We are located on 1007 Beech Mountain Pkwy. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
· Greet customers entering and leaving the business
· Work to maintain a clean and tidy dining area
· Direct guests towards open tables
· Direct non-dining customers towards proper storage or lounge areas
· Direct guests on where to properly store equipment during their dining experience
· Clear tables and remove trash Fromm the facility
· Wipe tables, sweep & vacuum floors
· Relieve cashiers for breaks by processing all cash and credit payments
· Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
· Proven working experience in customer service
· Basic mathematical skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to listen and communicate effectively
