  • Serve as the technical point of contact between the utility and third-party engineering providers throughout all project phases.
  • Participate in reviews and provide recommendations on engineering decisions, schedules, procurement plans, and system upgrades.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of engineering strategy and implementation of EPU scope.
  • Monitor engineering progress and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NRC regulations, power uprate guidelines, and nuclear industry best practices.

  • Prior experience supporting Extended Power Uprates (EPU) is strongly preferred.
  • Proven expertise overseeing engineering vendors/contractors , conducting engineering review and oversight , and driving project execution from the Owner’s side.
  • Strong understanding of electrical power distribution systems , system protection, relaying, and equipment life-cycle management within nuclear facilities.
  • Deep knowledge of applicable nuclear codes, standards , and engineering change control processes .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience interfacing with multiple departments and external firms.
