Are you a creative, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for events? Style Netbox is looking for a talented Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Orlando, FL!

About the Role: As an Event Coordinator at Style Netbox, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that showcase our clients’ brands in innovative and captivating ways. You'll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to deliver memorable experiences that drive engagement and success.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including product launches, brand activations, corporate gatherings, and promotional campaigns.

Manage event logistics such as venue booking, vendor coordination, equipment rental, catering, and staffing.

Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, budgets, and production schedules.

Communicate with clients to understand event goals and ensure all expectations are met.

Oversee event set-up, on-site management, and breakdown to ensure seamless execution.

Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports with recommendations for future improvements.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and suggest creative ideas to enhance event experiences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Previous experience coordinating events (internship or professional) is highly desirable.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with event management software is a plus.

Creativity, problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.

Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay: $23 - $30 per hour.
