* Expert-level proficiency in programming, configuring, and commissioning industrial PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Beckhoff), HMIs, and industrial network protocols.

* Mastery of industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB, Universal Robots) including advanced programming, simulation, and integration with other systems.

* Extensive experience with machine vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence, Basler) for demanding applications.

* Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage complex projects in the field, and mentor junior engineers.

* Exceptional diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills, capable of resolving novel and ambiguous technical challenges.

* Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for high-level client engagement and internal collaboration.

* Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

* Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 75% or more) domestically and internationally, often with minimal notice.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Engineering or an MBA.

* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

* Experience with advanced laser applications, custom test equipment, or motion control systems.

* Proven ability to pivot between strategic planning and hands-on technical execution.

* Track record of successfully improving field service metrics or customer satisfaction scores.
