Job Description

Certain positions do require infant experience. An ideal candidate would be someone who is reliable, fun, comfortable driving children, and loves playing outside with the kids! We also have other families in the South Charlotte area: Matthews, Steele Creek, Ballantyne, Marvin, Arboretum area, and looking to get started as soon as possible! Responsibilities:

• Be enthusiastic and playful with children.
• Be able to handle emergency situations if they arise.
• Be a caring presence in the lives of children.
• Be flexible and willing to stay late or come in early when necessary.
• Light housework/clean up after children.
• Be comfortable around pets and able to handle emergency situations if they arise.
• Ability to follow family routines, schedules, and parenting preferences.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have three years of childcare experience.
• CPR/First Aid certified OR willing to get certified.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

About Company: Twinkle Toes has been connecting families and nannies in the South Charlotte area since 2022. We are urgently hiring for multiple full-time, part-time, and after-school positions that are available to start immediately. Our job is to create a safe, respectful space between families and child givers to provide the best childcare services. Nannies will have access to our portal with job openings, 24-hour owner support, and backup services.
