**Our client, a public housing and community development agency, is seeking a Housing Assistant to join their team.**
As a Housing Assistant, you will be part of the Housing Services Department supporting both client-facing and administrative teams.
The ideal candidate will have **strong organizational skills** , **attention to detail** , and **excellent customer service** , which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Receive and process housing applications and interview participants
+ Conduct orientations and explain housing policies and procedures
+ Maintain waiting lists and update case files
+ Calculate tenant financial responsibilities and process subsidy paperwork
+ Prepare reports, notices, and general correspondence
**What's Needed?**
+ High School diploma or GED (AA degree preferred)
+ 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, and basic math
+ Strong computer and organizational skills
+ Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
+ Bilingual in Russian or Vietnamese preferred
