We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level HR Specialist to join our human resources team and support our mission.
Position Summary
The Entry-Level HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited HR experience who are looking to start a career in human resources within a meaningful industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with full-cycle recruitment including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Help coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files
Manage and track employee credentials, licenses, and certifications to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Support compliance with state and federal employment laws and healthcare industry standards
Respond to employee inquiries and assist with HR-related questions
Assist in planning employee engagement activities and recognition programs
Support HR team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Interest in or experience with healthcare or caregiving environments a plus
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
