This is an exciting time to join us as we scale our global presence, innovate with automation, AI, and data, and empower businesses to transform their industries.

At our core, we believe in innovation, impact, and growth—both for our clients and our people. We offer an accelerated career path, giving you the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, develop your expertise, and grow into leadership roles quickly. If you're looking for a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can make a real impact, this is the place for you.

Position Overview:

Have the opportunity to advance your career in RPA as part of a fast-growing intelligent automation consultancy. Working out of the Professional Services delivery function, you will meet clients and deliver RPA solutions across multiple projects. This will involve the design, development, testing, and production delivery of robotic processes built within UiPath. You will be client-facing and have the opportunity to build successful relationships between TQA and its clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Designing efficient robotic RPA processes alongside Business Analysts and Solution Architects.
  • Following robotic designs and developing processes using UiPath’s ‘drag and drop’ C# and VB.net-based development framework.
  • Building quality robotic processes which are subject to code review by a Solution Architect. Following any code changes to keep in line with TQA development standards.
  • Testing robotic processes end to end and performing User Acceptance Testing alongside clients.
  • Liaising and communicating with clients on a regular basis throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Working with the TQA Managed Services team to fulfill process handover requirements at the end of a project.
  • Building successful relationships with clients whilst working very closely with them.

Required Skills and Experience:

Essential Criteria:

  • Interest in a balanced technical role with a well-rounded skill set (technical development and client-facing soft skills).
  • Knowledge about RPA processes, C#, or VB.net.
  • Degree educated or studies in completion (technical background preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task to meet deadlines.
  • Good time management and the ability to work autonomously using initiative.
  • Self-motivated and competitive.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Client-facing or consultant experience, technical or otherwise.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Microsoft DevOps experience.
  • Experience with AI machine learning concepts.
