  • Contract Management System Administration: Serve as the system owner for the contract management platform, managing user access, workflows, templates, metadata, reporting, and integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, procurement tools).

  • Process & Workflow Optimization: Streamline legal processes and implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce friction across the department.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between legal and other departments (e.g., sales, procurement, finance, IT, compliance) to ensure smooth communication and alignment.

  • Project Management: Lead or support legal department projects, including compliance initiatives, audits, and strategic planning efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of legal department functions, law firm operations, and legal tech landscape.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; JD or MBA a plus but not required.
