Location: San Jose, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractWe're looking for a Marketing Project Manager - Campaign Operations to join our team in support of a leading global technology company. This role will act as the central point of coordination between Security Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Technology teams-driving the successful execution of complex, multi-channel campaigns.The right candidate will bring strong program management expertise, a working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms, and proven experience managing execution at scale. This is not a campaign-building role, but one that focuses on workflow management, cross-functional enablement, and driving accountability across teams.Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end execution of Security Marketing campaigns by aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables. Oversee campaign project plans and dependencies using tools like AirTable or Smartsheet. Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Martech teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and system configurations (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce). Run weekly check-ins, proactively resolve roadblocks, and ensure all components are ready for launch. Coordinate QA and testing for key campaign elements. Continuously refine and document internal workflows to enhance efficiency and visibility. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in marketing project or program management. Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects concurrently. Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Eloqua and Salesforce. Strong communication skills for stakeholder reporting and documentation. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of performance reporting. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise-level marketing campaigns. Exposure to CMS and dynamic email platforms (e.g., Knak, Stensul). Experience using AirTable or Smartsheet for project tracking. Background in B2B marketing, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors.
