About the Role:
As an RN in this hybrid position, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating and facilitating all aspects of medical care for individuals requiring assistance. You'll act as a central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among the patient, insurance adjusters, attorneys, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Comprehensive Case Management: Overseeing patient care, coordinating medical appointments, conducting hospital visits, and arranging for necessary medical equipment and home modifications.
Collaborative Communication: Effectively interacting with insurance adjusters, attorneys, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
Patient Advocacy: Ensuring patients receive the highest quality of care and support throughout their medical journey.
Flexible Work Arrangement: Enjoy the benefits of a hybrid role, combining remote work with local travel to medical appointments and patient visits.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and progress.
What We're Looking For:
A current and valid Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license.
A valid Texas Driver's License and proof of Texas Auto Insurance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
One year of nursing experience is preferred.
One year of case management experience is preferred.
Ability to travel locally up to 50% of the time.
