Optometrist - Full Time - $100+ per hour + 100% Paid Medical Insurance - Riverhead, NY (Long Island)

We are in need of a Full-Time Optometrist for an established private practice medical center with locations on Long Island, New York! You will be the only OD at this office but work alongside multiple MD specialties.

DETAILS:

• Full Scope Optometry.
• Be busy Day 1.
• 20+ patients a day, depending on your comfort level.
• All ages.
• Great support staff including Tech.
• No call schedule.
• Updated technology: Optos, Autofractor, OCT, Phoropter, iTonometer, Slit Lamp, Digital Eye Chart, Frames + Lenses, A-Scan, B-Scan, Visual Field, EMR.
• Heavy Medicaid population.
• Heavy Spanish speaking population.
• Spanish speaking OD preferred but not required.
• All techs speak Spanish and can translate.

SCHEDULE

• Full Time = 4 days a week.
• Monday-Friday.
• Can work Sundays if you choose.
• Saturdays closed.
• Flexible days and hours - choose your days.
• Option for 8-hour or 10-hour day.
• Open 7AM-7PM.
• Preferred work 1 early day and 1 late day biweekly.

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• $100-$110 per hour.
• Bonus Structure available after 3 months.
• Opportunity to make an additional $1,500-$3,000 a month.
• W2 or 1099.

• 20 days PTO + 50% of the Jewish holidays paid (usually additional 14 days).
