About the role
We're looking to add a contract Paid Search Specialist to our marketing team to assist in managing our paid search programs. This position will play a critical role in contributing to pipeline growth. This role will be responsible for executing on delegated work and optimization for our Search, YouTube, Pmax, and Demand Gen programs.
This is a fully remote contract role, with a commitment of 15-20 hours per week.
You will
Contribute to the execution and optimization of Paid Search campaigns to drive leads and pipeline
Monitor account performance and execute on strategic adjustments, collaborating with and reporting to our Senior Digital Marketing Manager: Search
You have
3+ years managing paid search programs
Expertise in running B2B campaigns in Google & Microsoft Ads (via search, Pmax, and YouTube)
Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and Excel
In-depth knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing, keyword strategies, and conversion tracking
Awareness of industry trends, including AI-powered search and PPC innovations
Track record of strong executional skills & efficiency
Straight shooter when it comes to written and verbal communication style
Proactive, self-motivated team player who is committed to helping the company grow
