Trinity Baptist Church is seeking a pastor to lead a very genuine, caring, welcoming multigenerational congregation in the heart of Orange, Texas. We believe Jesus Christ, as revealed through the inspiration of God’s Word in the Old and New Testaments of the Bible, is the supreme authority for our beliefs and practices.
Small in size, but growing, the vision of Trinity is to testify that God, as revealed in the person of Jesus Christ, is real and we exist to help the people of Orange County know and follow Jesus. The mission of Trinity Baptist Church is to be a “Great Commission” church.
Trinity is home to a growing young adult ministry along with their growing kids, and at the same time, home to a thriving senior adult ministry. Multiple ministries are active throughout the week and several small groups meet regularly for Bible study on Sunday mornings and on weeknights at home groups.
Having outgrown the initial space needed when the church organized in 2011, Trinity has recently participated in a significant capital fundraising campaign to raise funds to build a new building for educational and ministry space. The congregation is eager to begin this project and excited about what God is planning through all the future ministry opportunities of Trinity Baptist Church!
Trinity Baptist Church is affiliated with the Baptist General Convention of Texas. A candidate who places an intense concentration on Calvinism will not be considered.
