Bela Brand Bat is seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to support senior executives in their daily professional tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. This role requires strong communication and time management skills to assist with scheduling, planning, and administrative coordination.
Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Organize files, manage databases, and perform general office duties
Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
