Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in San Antonio, TX, and offers the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive company.
Responsibilities
Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination
Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries
Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
Assist with research, reports, and presentations
Manage and prioritize incoming emails and calls
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
High level of discretion and integrity
