Job Description
Job Summary Remote Personal Assistant (Executive Support) at PAR Technology Corporation
- Provide high-level remote administrative support to C-level executives.
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries.
- Screen and prioritize executive communications (emails, calls).
- Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and handle post-meeting follow-ups.
- Process expense reports and track executive budgets.
- Create professional documents and presentations using Google Workspace and MS Office.
- Maintain confidential files and update CRM data (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Act as liaison between executives and internal teams.
- Conduct research to support strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Assist with planning and executing virtual and in-person events.
- Complete ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Use productivity tools (Calendly, Zoom, Slack, Asana) to streamline workflow.
- Exercise discretion with sensitive information and maintain professionalism.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, innovative, and fully remote work environment.
- Occasionally available for meetings outside standard business hours due to global time zones.
