We are currently seeking a Product Research & Development Analyst to research products and suppliers to identify product additions and merchandising changes that support our product strategy. This analyst will work alongside other teammates and have no direct reports. This role is based out of our Elmhurst, Illinois location, with limited travel required by occasional visits to trade shows and/or suppliers.

What We Look For
A bachelor’s degree and technical proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required. Strong candidates should possess strong critical thinking and basic project management skills, along with research ability. We also value experience with or interest in learning about products, including understanding how they work and their mechanical details.
Be Rewarded
Cash compensation generally ranges from $144,000 – $166,500, which includes profit sharing based on company profitability. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for company-funded retirement contributions.
