Job Description

Our client, a leading broadcast media production company in NYC, is seeking a freelance Project Manager to join their dynamic hybrid creative/production team. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of the team — keeping projects on track, timelines tight, and communication flowing. You’ll partner closely with the team lead and serve as a key liaison across internal creative, production, and external agency partners.

 

Responsibilities:

• Own project timelines, tracking, and status updates across multiple workstreams
• Manage asset routing, including legal reviews and version control
• Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external partners
• Ensure all deliverables are delivered on time, on brand, and on brief

 

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in creative, media, or streaming environments
• Proven ability to manage fast-turn, high-volume content pipelines
• Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication
• Cool under pressure and skilled at managing multiple priorities
• Familiar with agency workflows, creative approvals, and legal routing processes
• NYC-based or able to work EST hours with in-office availability 1–3 days per week
