PT - Resort FRONT DESK/Guest Services - Gay Men's Clothing Optional Resort Location Cathedral City, CA :

CCBC is a CLOTHING OPTIONAL GAY MEN'S RESORT HOTEL**

• Typical Shift: Shifts may vary depending upon occupancy and may include day, afternoon and/or eventing shifts.

The ideal candidate will respond to the questions, as well as submit a resume showing a steady, long-term and successful work history with Hotel Front Desk + Server/Bartender experience.

Additionally, candidates should have reliable transportation and be willing and able to arrive on-time and work according to their assigned schedule.

We are looking for qualified people with a great, positive attitude and work ethic who enjoy being part of a team but can work independently.

Please Note: We do not interview applicants who are not local to the Coachella Valley. If you are planning on relocating, please check back once you are settled in the area.

INTERVIEWS:

• Interviews are scheduled through Indeed by a real, live person in our HR Department.

• Those who are no-shows for confirmed interview appointments will no longer be considered for this or for future positions.

This position is the liaison between the guest and the hotel.

Front Desk (Guest Services) duties include providing:

• FRIENDLY, efficient guest registration, guest settlement and information to prospective guests from the front desk.
• Occasional Housekeeping and Porter duties.
• Guest Services also takes orders, prepares basic menu items & serves food & drink to guests as needed.

Candidates should be:

• 100% computer literate and experienced with property management software
• Customer service oriented
• Possess a positive, happy and professional attitude.
• Have steady, long-term and successful work history.

The candidate would be someone who enjoys working with a dedicated team. This candidate should also excel in multi-tasking during their work shifts, have a desire to keep the space clean and orderly at all times in order to provide our guests with a welcoming environment.

Requirements:

• Actual Experience with HOTEL Property Management Software & hotel housekeeping , as well as server/bartender familiarity.
• Ability to successfully complete closing paperwork accurately and on time.
• Will be required to pass Riverside County Food Handlers Card and RBS Alcohol certifications.
• Ability to work independently with integrity while following Company policies and procedures.
• Great Communication Skills (written and verbal)
• Reliable means of transportation to arrive promptly for work shifts
• Pays attention to Detail
• Maintain basic grooming standards.
• Maintain a courteous, friendly, enthusiastic, professional and substance abuse-free work environment.

* *Essential function(s). Other duties as assigned. May cross train & work other positions within the company during shift(s), including housekeeping and serving food and beverage. Full available during in-person interviews.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• HOTEL Front Desk: 2 years (Required)
• HOTEL property management software: 2 years (Required)
• Bartending: 1 year (Preferred)
• HOTEL housekeeping: 1 year (Required)
