Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions or concerns
Document interactions and update records accurately
Resolve issues promptly or escalate as needed
Follow scripts and procedures while personalizing the customer experience
Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to improve service quality
Qualifications:
1+ year of call center or customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and call center software
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Reliable internet and a quiet work environment
