Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to source, screen, and place top talent for our clients across various industries. This commission-based role is ideal for a self-starter with strong networking skills and a passion for connecting candidates with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure qualifications and cultural fit.
Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate identification to offer negotiation and placement.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and client communication.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related fields preferred.
Strong ability to source and engage passive candidates.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to handle multiple client accounts and manage competing priorities.
