Bonus Details: $15K Sign-On Bonus (paid out quarterly over the course of a year) | Outcome-Based Bonus ($1K per quarter)

Our Award Winning Client is seeking a Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their growing team in Homestead, PA. This role will be responsible for providing Home Health care to patients in the local area, ensuring they receive the highest quality care in the comfort of their own homes.

Top Skills Required:

• 1+ year of professional experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred)
• Active RN License in the State of Pennsylvania (PA)
• Associates Degree (or higher) in Nursing
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance

• Full-Time | Monday - Friday
• Flexible schedules, no long shifts, and minimal weekend shifts per year

Responsibilities:

• Providing skilled, hands-on, home health services to patients.
• Delivering patient-centered care using an Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) approach.
• Seeing 5-7 patients per day in their homes or in facilities with established partnerships.
• Ensuring that documentation is completed within 24 hours of the visit.

Additional Information:

• Compensation Range: Pay-Per-Visit position with a 6-month orientation pay guarantee! $3K per pay period stipend guaranteed for the first 6 months.
  • Estimated Annual Earnings: $78-100K+
  • Per Visit Rate: $42-46/visit
• Travel: Yes | Local
  • Travel will be within 45min - 1hr of the candidate's home.
  • Travel Reimbursement provided (Mileage Rates Attached).
  • Fleet Vehicle Program available after 6 months of employment (gas and maintenance are covered).

Schedule:

• Full-Time | 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday
• Candidates will have the flexibility to create their own schedules, coordinating with schedulers for patient visits.

Location:

• Homestead, PA
• Candidates must reside locally, as this is a travel position.
