This is a Pay Per Visit position

Qualifications – Required

Associate degree or higher in Nursing
Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois (IL)
At least one of the following certifications:
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
Valid Driver’s License , reliable transportation , and auto insurance
Willingness to travel for in-home patient visits

Preferred

RN License number (requested)
Prior Home Health experience a plus

Overview

This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy flexible workdays, a manageable caseload, and meaningful one-on-one care interactions. A robust onboarding program ensures you’re fully supported as you transition into the field.

Top Skills Required

At least 1 year of RN experience (Home Health preferred)
Active RN license in the state of IL
Associate degree or higher in Nursing
CPR/BLS certification (training support available if needed)
Comfortable with travel and providing in-home care
Reliable vehicle, driver's license, and valid auto insurance

Key Details

Full-time | Monday – Friday
