About the Role:
The fundamental goal of Product Operations is to ensure we create the best products to move our business forward. Product Operations works closely with cross-functional partners to surface needs, prioritize, test, roll out, and iterate on products.
As we continue to expand our suite of products on top of our massive network of devices, we are looking for a talented Product Operations Manager who can take our International Expansion efforts to the next level. You will be tasked with identifying and executing opportunities for product growth, process improvement and automation, and sales and marketing insights. You will be charged with changing how we tackle customer requests to make them more data-driven, efficient, and create a bigger impact.
You will work closely with product managers and stakeholders from sales, marketing, and engineering teams to help drive rapid company growth. In addition, you will take on the responsibility of project manager for a variety of innovative new projects that have a cross functional impact on the business.

What You’ll Do:
Define, implement, and optimize processes to streamline our product development lifecycle, increasing team efficiency and capacity.Drive continuous improvements in the engagement models between product, engineering, and business stakeholder teams.Develop comprehensive product rollout plans and manage their implementation.Track and analyze core business metrics related to product performance.Identify and advocate for key business insights to inform product enhancements.Lead and manage Beta programs for new product testing, ensuring rigorous testing protocols and effective feedback loops with customers.Coordinate with key partners across the company to prepare for new product launches and maximize their impact.Support Enterprise trials, proactively identifying opportunity areas and coordinating solutions across various levels and functions within the business.

Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. $121,000—$185,000 USD
