About the Role

As a Server/Bartender at Tarla Grill, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy every moment of their visit. From recommending menu items to crafting delicious beverages, you’ll be the friendly face that makes dining with us a truly special experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while offering thoughtful menu recommendations.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and care.
• Ensure tables and the bar area are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with team members to create a seamless dining and bar experience.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a server or bartender role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails is a plus.
• Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
