No Saint is a spirited, wood-fired restaurant serving seasonal Italian food. We are currently seeking a Bartender/Server and Barista to join our small, dedicated team. Our Bartenders/Servers and Baristas are responsible for opening and closing the bar, maintaining cleanliness, taking food and beverage orders, demonstrating strong beverage knowledge, prepping ingredients, organizing inventory, and assisting throughout the dining room as needed.
This position reports directly to ownership and our Chef de Cuisine. This role is ideal for someone passionate about aperitivo culture, coffee, and natural wine. We pride ourselves on warm hospitality and thoughtful food and beverage service, and we expect every team member to help maintain and continually improve all aspects of the restaurant.
Compensation:
Up to $28/hour + additional gratuity
To provide a consistent wage, we ve implemented a 20% service charge on all transactions in lieu of traditional tipping. Additional gratuities are pooled and distributed 70% to the service team / 30% to the kitchen team.
Medical, dental, and vision coverage available after 60 days for employees working 30+ hours per week; the restaurant covers 50% of the premium.
Required Skills
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and remain calm under pressure
Diverse knowledge of coffee, wine, and spirits
Classic cocktail knowledge
Ingredient preparation and batching experience
Familiarity with spirits, wine, and beer
Experience with restaurant systems (Upserve POS & Resy preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
