Job Description

Role aim:

Organization and control of dairy production processes during shifts, ensuring and controlling the effective use of company resources.

Accountabilities:

• Organize the manufacturing processes of finished products, ensuring the technical efficiency of the packaging workshop, reducing the costs of raw materials and other materials, improving the quality of products and increasing labor efficiency.
• Organize the working schedule of production personnel
• Fulfill packaging machinery and production capacity calculations via improvement of technological processes for manufacturing the finished products.
• Development and elaboration of norms of raw materials and other materials, implementation of various measures to prevent defective products.
• Manage production personnel during the shifts, ensure smooth employee experience within the company including hiring, onboarding, attendance management, compensation, development, rewarding, termination, offboarding.
• Timely preparation of requests for purchases of raw materials, ingredients and packaging materials necessary for the production of dairy products
• Closing of daily production accounts
• Strictly observe the food safety and sanitary-hygienic standards implemented for the production
• Timely informing the quality control department about all cases / changes related to the safety of finished products
• Timely checking of data on finished products in the 1C program

• Higher education, preferably in food technology or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of work experience in production process management
• Team management experience
• Knowledge of MS programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluency in Georgian; English at B1+ level
• Strong result orientation and work organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Readiness to work with a shift schedule (day and night shifts)
