Job Description

Position Summary:

This key role will be responsible for developing and delivering data products and actionable insights to business stakeholders. The Senior Analyst will lead the implementation and management of analytics solutions across departments, collaborating closely with business and IT partners.

Job Duties:

• Prepare, manipulate, and interpret large datasets to build high-quality data products that support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze and provide insights into aggregated operational and financial information across diverse data environments and functional areas.
• Develop and deliver recurring, self-serve financial and operational reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor operational metrics, customer activity, and portfolio trends to identify key insights.
• Drive departmental improvements by streamlining processes and adopting best practices.
• Design and document data flows, reporting requirements, use cases, and metrics definitions.
• Identify and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  
   

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
2 - 5 years of relevant work experience.

Other:

Graduate degree, data science certification, or real estate industry experience preferred;Proficiency in SQL and/or Tableau is required;Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets required.

  Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $114,700.00 - $142,300.00

 

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
