Job Description Identify and document business requirements and goals.  Sitting in on all stand ups to gather requirements  Convert business requirements into technical specifications.  Work with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions.  Work closely with technical leads, architects, and various project teams (infrastructure, development, application) to ensure successful project implementation.  Prepare design documents based on gathered requirements and UML diagrams to guide developers.  Utilize strong conversational skills to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.  Possess common technical knowledge and understand code, though not required to write code.
