Title Clerk Palmyra, PA Klick Lewis Chevrolet is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Title Clerk to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring accurate processing of vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for accuracy and efficiency. Compensation: Up to $65,000/year based on experience and skill set Responsibilities:

• Process all new and used vehicle titles and registrations in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Prepare and submit all paperwork for vehicle sales, trade-ins, and wholesale transactions
• Verify accuracy of all documents, including titles, registrations, and lien releases
• Maintain current knowledge of state title regulations and requirements
• Communicate with customers, banks, and DMV offices as needed to resolve title issues
• Accurately post transactions to accounting records and maintain organized files
• Support the sales and finance departments with title-related questions or needs
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous title clerk, DMV, or dealership experience strongly preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
