**Position Summary...** **What you'll do...** **Job Responsibilities:** + Perform general cleaning duties in common and office areas, including bathrooms and windows. + Complete daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows, and emptying trash bins. + Handle minor maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks) and report major issues to management. + Follow safety procedures for the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment; use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. + Ensure common areas are free from hazards (e.g., wet floors, cluttered walkways) and report any damages or repairs needed. + Receive Hepatitis vaccinations in compliance with legal requirements. + Operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely. + Report hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately. + Participate in safety trainings and drills; maintain cleanliness to prevent accidents. + Contribute to continuous improvement of safety protocols and demonstrate awareness of surroundings for personal and others' safety. **Work Execution:** + Prioritize and complete work assignments using company policies and available resources. + Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations. + Communicate progress and relevant information effectively. + Identify and suggest improvement opportunities; adapt to changes and feedback. **Customer/Member Service:** + Show care and concern when serving customers/members. + Ask questions to understand customer/member needs and use resources to exceed expectations. **Professionalism and Ethics:** + Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity (e.g., Ten Foot Rule). + Report ethical and compliance issues promptly. + Demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior in all work situations. **Adaptability:** + Adapt to changing work demands and remain focused during change or difficulties. + Stay open to learning from assignments and feedback.
