Hi there,
I am seeking a full time Daycare Assistant to help me expand my in-home Waldorf Infant Day care from a small, 4 infant capacity, to a large, 8 infant capacity program.
I am looking for someone, patient, calm, detail oriented, loving, nurturing, creative, positive and reliable.
An ideal candidate has experience with infants and toddlers as well as Waldorf philosophy.
Job Responsibilities (shared with myself):
-Feeding, diapering, light cooking and cleaning, playing on the floor and outside, singing, crafting and getting messy, doing lots of simple things over and over again, helping to create and adhering to our daily rhythm/schedule, helping put babies to sleep, keeping records of meals and naps, and potentially helping me with simple online marketing, photo taking and social media. Must be strong and healthy - able to lift babies and toddlers many times throughout the day, and be in an environment with germs.
The hours are 9am-4 or 5pm (Right now my program runs until 5pm, but I am considering shortening the day and ending at 4pm).

Certifications needed by start state (I will help you with these):
-Infant, Child, Adult CPR/Pediatric First Aid class
-Mandatory Reporter Training
-TB Test clearance and proof of pertussis and measles vaccine (copy of immunizations)
-Influenza immunization or waiver
Fingerprint clearance - Livescan
-Preventative Health and Safety class completed
