The Job

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of 10 WordPress websites (updates, security patches, backups, uptime monitoring).
  • Refresh and optimize website designs to stay aligned with modern design trends and brand consistency.
  • Customize themes and plugins (Elementor/Divi, Gutenberg, ACF, WooCommerce where needed).
  • Ensure responsive, mobile-first design and compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
  • Optimize for performance and SEO (Core Web Vitals, structured data, on-page SEO).
  • Collaborate with marketing team on content updates, landing pages, and campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics (GA4, Hotjar/Clarity) and recommend improvements to UX and conversion.
  • Use management tools (ManageWP, MainWP, or similar) to streamline portfolio upkeep.

The Profile

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in WordPress website design and management.
  • Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript for front-end tweaks and customization.
  • Eye for design with proficiency in Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch.
  • Familiarity with SEO, site performance optimization, and accessibility best practices.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple websites and prioritizing tasks independently.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of headless CMS setups, JAMstack, or modern frameworks.
