We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate, promotional, and client-based events. This role involves coordinating logistics, assisting with vendor management, and ensuring all event activities align with the company’s brand image and goals. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion

  • Coordinate event logistics including venues, vendors, permits, and materials

  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners

  • Manage event set-up, on-site execution, and post-event breakdown

  • Monitor budgets and timelines, reporting updates to the Events Manager

  • Support marketing and design teams with promotional material preparation

  • Handle administrative tasks such as schedules, invoices, and contact lists

  • Ensure a high standard of customer service before, during, and after events

Qualifications



Qualifications

:

  • Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle tight deadlines

  • Familiarity with event planning tools or scheduling platforms is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, or a related field preferred
