**Overview**
Intuit Academy is building the future of expert development-at scale-to deliver on Intuit's strategy of an AI-driven Expert Platform. As a **Senior Staff Product Manager for Intuit Academy** , you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered learning technologies that accelerate readiness, personalize development, and fuel Intuit's global Expert Network and deliver value across Intuit's customer platforms.
This role is highly cross-functional, requiring deep collaboration across product teams and business units-including TurboTax, ProTax, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp. You will partner with cross-functional teams-including Product, Engineering, Data Science, Service Delivery, Talent, and Learning Design-to deliver transformative, tech-enabled learning journeys that prepare 50,000+ experts to be their best and create an organic pipeline of future talent. This role combines product management, AI innovation, and workforce transformation to shape the future of how experts learn, grow, and thrive at Intuit.
**Responsibilities**
+ Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for Intuit Academy's AI-based learning platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and business unit needs.
+ Partner with product teams across Intuit's portfolio to build integrated, AI-driven learning experiences that directly improve expert performance and customer outcomes.
+ Conceptualize, design, and ship AI-powered capabilities (adaptive pathways, intelligent recommendations, generative content, automated assessments) that scale across multiple BUs and product contexts.
+ Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Learning Design, and Service Delivery to operationalize skills-based learning journeys tied to performance outcomes (StP, ramp, retention, service quality).
+ Influence and align senior executives and cross-BU stakeholders on strategy, investment, and prioritization of AI learning tech initiatives.
+ Stay ahead of AI/GenAI and ed-tech innovation, applying emerging tools and industry best practices to drive speed, personalization, and accessibility of learning at scale.
+ Continuously iterate post-launch, leveraging experimentation, analytics, and learner feedback to maximize adoption, engagement, and measurable business impact.
+ Ensure equity and inclusivity in learning design, unlocking opportunity for experts across Intuit's global workforce.
**Qualifications**
+ 7+ years of product management experience preferably in ed-tech, AI/ML-driven platforms, or SaaS workforce transformation products.
+ Proven ability to drive **enterprise-scale product initiatives** with measurable impact across multiple product teams or business units.
+ Strong technical fluency-comfortable engaging with engineers, architects, and data scientists on AI/ML model integration and SaaS platform development.
+ Deep understanding of skills-based learning models, ed-tech innovation, and workforce transformation.
+ Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders across diverse organizations.
+ Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and prioritization skills.
+ Passion for creating meaningful, inclusive learning experiences that drive career growth and customer delight.
+ Undergraduate degree required; Computer Science, Education Technology, or related field preferred. MBA or equivalent experience a plus.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area California: 196,500 - 266,000
Southern California: 179,000 - 242,500
